HCA Project Support is an ambitious and professional company with a pragmatic method of working. Headquartered in Rotterdam, we also have various European recruitment offices. Focussing on the needs of our customers, we stand for providing high-quality personnel for projects. Thanks to our national and international network, we can provide flexible manpower solutions and multi-lingual staff. HCA assists throughout the whole project, from first contact, educating and training, to personal coaching on the job.
We mainly supply blue and white collar personnel in the following four segments:
* Petrochemical Industry
* Offshore Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind
* Shipbuilding Industry
* Civil Construction
It is a very varied role in which you are responsible for internal recruitment of personnel for the larger projects, starting from 50 FTE. This concerns the 4 segments we are working in, but mainly the Petrochemical Industry and Civil Construction. As a Senior International Recruiter you will sometimes have to travel between our different offices but also throughout Europe to visit our projects or explore new recruitment opportunities. We are looking for candidates to recruit in Poland, Gdynia area.
Key performance Indicators:
- Generate an influx of applicants, through various marketing campaigns on social media, job boards
- Organizing recruitment days on fitting locations
- Making the best matches between candidates and clients
- Conducting interviews
- Liaising with all applicants
- Negotiate about the terms and drafting employment contracts
- Extensive checking of documents and certificates
- Getting the job done!

Good knowledge of the English language is a MUST, as well as speaking the Polish language.
